Resilience: How to Be Your Best Self
What can we do for you?
We live in a rapidly-changing, uncertain world, and this can impact us personally and professionally. This 1-day workshop draws on the evidence-based science of wellbeing, resilience and post-traumatic growth to help you to cope in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world.
The course begins with an introduction to the stress response and habitual patterns of thought which undermine our ability to respond under pressure. You’ll then learn resilience techniques that use basic mindfulness and imagery skills. You’ll finish the course with practical exercises that explore these tools.

You’ll leave with a personal toolkit based on our unique model for ongoing personal development, so you’ll be able to immediately apply learnings from the course to
your daily life.
You’ll develop the understanding and tools to help you keep performing at a high level, no matter what’s going on around you, at work or in the wider world. You’ll learn how to use challenges and setbacks as an opportunity to continue to grow and develop.
Using Pinnacle’s four-stage personal development cycle, you’ll be able to explore the factors that can cause you to undermine your performance. These include examining your own habits of thought and behaviour, which for many people exacerbate their difficulties.
You’ll leave the course with a bespoke set of tools and skills to help you become more resilient and perform to your full potential.
